This reform aims to revitalize a typical Valencian home, adapting it to contemporary demands while respecting its local identity. It proposes a reconfiguration of spatial distribution, transforming closed spaces into open areas to enhance brightness and connectivity. The introduction of local elements, such as Valencian ceramics, enhances local tradition, while energy efficiency is addressed through the incorporation of materials with reduced CO2 emissions and sustainable aerothermal systems.
The project includes a home automation system, achieving total remote control of the residence. Materials such as wood and stone are used to add textures and contrasts. The proposal seeks to balance the authenticity of the village with current approaches. In conclusion, this reform merges tradition and contemporaneity, creating a home that reflects the cultural richness of our land in a functional and aesthetic distribution.
