The proposal for this renovation aims to comprehensively revitalize a home, adapting it to contemporary needs while harnessing the charm of this coastal town. The reconfiguration of spatial distribution focuses on more open spaces, making use of natural light from the east and facilitating connectivity between common areas. Incorporating design elements that reflect the Mediterranean essence of Dénia, using local materials such as stone and ceramics, is considered.
Energy efficiency has been a priority, with the implementation of sustainable technologies and systems to reduce energy consumption. Additionally, the introduction of modern features, such as home automation systems, is incorporated to enhance functionality and comfort.
In terms of color scheme, color palettes inspired by Dénia's maritime and coastal surroundings were chosen. The selection of textures and materials leans towards a contemporary style that also respects the local identity.
